Comparison

Best WhatsApp API provider in India: an honest comparison

Six providers, one table, and the date the figures were read off their own pricing pages. Where a competitor is the better buy, this page says so.

Prices as published on provider pricing pages, October 2026. Meta's India rate card checked 27 October 2026.

What this table compares

Entry price, billing cycle, who each platform suits, and the thing a buyer usually finds out after signing. Every figure comes from the provider's own pricing page as read in October 2026; none of it is a quote, a review score, or a claim about anyone's customer numbers.

Wati$39–$179/month (roughly ₹4,000–₹7,000)Monthly, billed in US dollarsA polished shared inbox and the longest integration listDollar pricing, per-user add-ons, email-only support, and an extra fee for green-tick help
Gallabox₹5,000–₹8,000/monthMonthlyLead generation with a light CRM attachedThe highest entry price of the Indian platforms listed here

LetSend₹6,999/year (₹583/month)Annual — unused months refunded pro-rataThe official Cloud API with the CRM, quotations and invoices in the same subscription, onboarded by a human in ISTAn annual contract, and narrower than a global suite: no Shopify or WooCommerce integration

The entry price is the smaller half of a WhatsApp bill. Meta charges per delivered message whichever provider you buy, and that rate is Meta's, not any provider's. Both bills are worked out in full on the pricing page.

Where a competitor is the better buy

A table where one row wins every column is a brochure. Three honest cases:

  • Shopify or WooCommerce cart and checkout sync. Interakt is built around that and LetSend is not — there is no Shopify or WooCommerce integration here. If cart recovery is the requirement, this comparison is over.
  • A polished multi-channel inbox on a dollar budget. Wati's product is more finished than ours, and its integration list is longer.
  • An endpoint and nothing else. A developer who wants to build the front end will find Twilio or 360dialog cheaper than any panel, including this one.

The markup that is not in the entry price

A published rate can look modest and still cost more than Meta's card. One provider we compared bills ₹1.09 per marketing message. For 10,000 marketing messages that is ₹10,900. Meta's own card for the same messages is ₹8,631. The gap is ₹2,269 a month — 26.29% over Meta's card, before the platform fee is counted.

That is why the entry price is the wrong number to compare on its own, and why the per-message question needs asking in writing: is this rate Meta's rate, or yours? Meta's per-message rate is passed through at cost: Meta bills your own Meta account directly, so the rate in this table is the rate on your Meta invoice. We add nothing to it. What is and is not free on the WhatsApp API covers the other half of that question.

Wati vs LetSend

Wati is billed monthly in dollars, $39–$179, with per-user add-ons on top, and its inbox is the more polished product. LetSend is ₹6,999/year with users, numbers and chatbots included by tier, and Meta's per-message rate billed to your own account rather than resold. The difference on the page is billing model; underneath, what LetSend adds is the CRM: pipelines, quotations and invoices in the same subscription.

AiSensy alternative

AiSensy starts at ₹2,500/month on a monthly cycle, and its free plan behaves more like a trial than a permanent tier. LetSend's entry plan is ₹6,999/year — ₹583/month — so the monthly figure is lower, but the commitment is twelve months, and leaving early refunds the unused months pro-rata. If a small monthly outlay matters more than the annual term, AiSensy is the honest pick.

Interakt alternative

Interakt bills quarterly at ₹1,000–₹1,500/month, so the first payment covers a quarter, and it is built for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. LetSend bills annually, has no Shopify or WooCommerce integration, and competes on what surrounds the message: pipelines, quotations, invoices, and Meta's rate passed through at cost to your own account.
